To use this external storage, you must configure the Network Appliance (NetApp) Fibre-attached Storage (FAS) systems for attachment to a node. Models of the NetApp FAS system are equivalent to the IBM N5000 series and the IBM N7000 series; therefore, the node also supports models of the IBM N5000 series and the IBM N7000 series.
The information on configuring NetApp FAS systems also applies to the supported models of the IBM N5000 series and the IBM N7000 series.
