You can add Secure Shell (SSH) keys on other hosts.
Complete the following steps to add SSH keys on hosts:
- Generate the public-private key pair on each host that
you want to use the Storwize V5000 command-line
interface. See the information that came with your SSH client for
specific details about using the key generation program that comes
with your SSH client.
- Copy the public keys from each of these hosts to the master console.
- Use the PuTTY secure copy function to copy these public keys from themaster console to the clustered system.
- Repeat #svc_addingsshkeys_2l3k1n/puttyscopy for
each public key that you copied in step #svc_addingsshkeys_2l3k1n/copyaddssh.
