Switch zoning has limitations for the system and the HDS Lightning systems.
The HDS Lightning systems present themselves to the system as separate storage systems for each port that is zoned to the system. For example, if one of these storage systems has four ports that are zoned to the system, each port appears as a separate storage system rather than as one storage system that has four WWPNs. In addition, a given logical unit (LU) must be mapped to the system through all system ports that are zoned to the system through the same logical unit number (LUN).
