An attempt was made to define a throttle for a host cluster where throttles are already defined for one or more member hosts. This action is not permitted.
Make sure that you specified the correct host cluster. If so, use the lsthrottle command to review the hosts that have throttles. If the information shown is correct and you do not need to define a throttle for the host cluster, no further action is required. If you want to define a throttle for the host cluster, you must remove the individual host throttles by using the rmthrottle command. When no throttles are defined for any of the member hosts, retry the command.
