Managed disks (MDisks) that are presented by the HP MA or EMA are chosen by the Lenovo Storage V series system as quorum disks.
The Lenovo Storage V series system uses a logical unit (LU) that is presented by an HSG80 controller as a quorum disk. The quorum disk is used even if the connection is by a single port, although this is not recommended. If you are connecting the HP MA or EMA system with a single Fibre Channel port, ensure that you have another system on which to put your quorum disk. You can use the chquorum command-line interface (CLI) command to move quorum disks to another system.
Lenovo Storage V series clustered systems that are attached only to the HSG80 controllers are supported.
