Switch zoning limitations for the Hitachi TagmaStore AMS 2000 family of systems

There are limitations in switch zoning for the Lenovo Storage V series system and the Hitachi TagmaStore AMS 2000 family of systems.

Switch zoning

Members of the Hitachi TagmaStore AMS 2000 family of systems present themselves to the Lenovo Storage V series clustered system as separate storage systems for each port zoned to the Lenovo Storage V series system. For example, if one of these storage systems has four ports zoned to the Lenovo Storage V series system, each port appears as a separate storage system rather than one storage system with four WWPNs. In addition, a given logical unit (LU) must be mapped to the Lenovo Storage V series system through all storage system ports that are zoned to the system that use the same logical unit number (LUN).
