An attempt was made to change the mode of a cloud account when at least one of the volumes in the system is configured to use the account. For example, a volume might be configured to use cloud snapshots. The account mode cannot be changed until these volumes are reconfigured to not use the account.
Reconfigure the volumes that are using the account and retry the command.
