An attempt was made to map a volume to a host cluster when that volume is already mapped to another host or host cluster.
Make sure that you specified the correct volume and host cluster. If so, you can retry the command and use the -force flag to create the mapping. If you do so, the previous mapping will also be preserved. Always be cautious when you use the -force flag, which can have unforeseen consequences.
