An attempt was made to test or modify the properties of a cloud account. The system cloud gateway service has reset too often and is being held offline. Cloud accounts cannot be manipulated when they are in this state.
Check the log for an alert event that is related to this error. Mark the event as fixed, and the system will try to bring the account online. If the attempt fails, a new error message is displayed. Refer to the documentation for the displayed error code for further instructions, then resubmit the command.
