Explanation
The system topology is either HyperSwap® or stretched and the site of the
MDisk you are adding does not match the storage pool.

Do one of the following:
- Add the MDisk to an empty storage pool or to one already containing
MDisks of a matching site.
- Remove and re-add the controller of the MDisk in the desired site.
Then, retry the command.
